About the Item
An ultra rare and extraordinary Brutalist Ceramic Light Sculpture by Traudl Brunnquell from around 1974.
Inspired from Cubism and modern Architecture especially Brutalism this Lamp Sculpture is outstanding in the Lamp Designs of this Era.
The Lamp remind of stone elements from ancient buildings and is with its dramatic reflections by the mirrored bulbs a beautiful and kind of archaic light sculpture for modern rooms.
For the pictures we used regular european mirrored Edison Bulbs and a Dimmer.
The lamp was constructed with only two single ceramic elements joined together to get this sculptural form realized.
