Extraordinary Pair of Murano Glass Palm Tree Uplighters
About the Item
Probably made at the Aureliano Toso workshops by Franco Luce in Murano. The production of Opaline glass as opposed to iridescent glass was discontinued in the 1970’s, making these extraordinarily flamboyant lights very rare, if not unique. The natural warmth generated by light passing through the opaline glass adds an extra dimension to these fabulous lights.
