Large Arc Floor Lamp by Gepo Amsterdam, 1960s
About the Item
This large midcentury lamp was manufactured by Gepo Amsterdam in the Netherlands, circa 1960s. Most likely it was designed by the Gebroeders Posthuma. The lamp features a heavy chromed metal base which can be rotated 360 degrees. The shade can also be rotated and positioned in different ways. Height is 2.16 cm and can not be adjusted with this item. This wonderful Industrial and Minimalist piece, shows some wear; the lower base shows some rust or loose pieces of chrome. The shade has also got a small dent. Still a very nice lamp which will draw the attention in every room.
