About the Item
Beautifully elegant palm floor lamp, by Sergio Terzani. Italy, dating from the 1970's
This is a tall and striking Italian floor lamp design, depicting two gilt faux bamboo stems with full soft white palm fronds. The fronds have a dusted pale pink tone to the centre of each leaf. Milk glass globes conceal a single bulb at the end of each bamboo stem
The palm has a circular base with more leaves surrounding the main stems, this base is weighted to support the outstretching stems
All the leaves and fronds are intact, some very small paint chips and aged gilt in areas, but none detrimental to this stunning lamp, In fantastic vintage condition
Measures: Height 142cm, Width 90cm, Depth 40cm, Base 29cm Width, Glass Globes 15cm Width
The light is wired and in full working order, but as with all our lighting we would always suggest they are tested by a qualified electrician.
