Swiss Lamps Gold Plated Brass Vintage Modernist 1970s Adjustable Floor Lamp
About the Item
Rare Mid-Century Modern vintage European, Swiss made dimmable 'Haloprofil' floor lamp designed by Viktor Frauenknecht for Swiss Lamps International circa 1970s - early 1980s. Featuring gold plated brass (now with age related patina) and fully height adjustable via the counterweight adjustable and pivoting arm as is the round shade making this the perfect modernist style reading light. You can also shine the light against a wall or ceiling to give an indirect lighting. This piece lends itself to any modern home decor as well as the Mid-Century Modern or Hollywood Regency styled home. Heavy and solid quality piece. This is a rare light and piece of Swiss design.

The round base measures - 24 cm in diameter.
Original EU wiring present and in good working order. - Requires a single E27 lightbulb - 60 - 300 watt max. (Lamp is shown with a 150Watt lightbulb).
