Vintage Gilded Palm Tree Floor Lamp in the Style of Hans Kögl, Italy, 1970s
About the Item
Splendid Floor Lamp produced between the 1960s and 1970s in Italy in the style of Hans Kogl.
The palm tree shape of this vintage plant is one of the naturalistic themes most used by Hans Kogl, who also reproduced it for the Maison Jansen company.
The natural element is captured by the designer in a way that is beyond simple lifelike imitation.
The use of gold and white enamel transforms this "palm tree" into an element
of sophisticated and elegant but also playful furnishing.
The light points are hidden under the palm leaves like coconuts, shielded by opal glass ampoules.
Lamp working and is in original vintage condition.
Normal signs of use and aging are visible, such as oxidation spots, visible in the photos.
