Whimsical and Unique Brutalist Fish Lantern Floor Lamp in Wrought Iron 1960s

About the Item

Whimsical and Unique Brutalist Fish Lantern Floor Lamp in Wrought Iron, Europe, 1960s. And now for something completely different... This unique and highly exceptional fish floor lamp in wrought iron is truly a one-off. A gem of a lamp, made with a lot of fantasy and attention to detail. The basic design of the lamp is a fish with sharp teeth which holds a lantern. The fish and lantern can be adjusted in height due to a system with hooks and a chain. Wonderful details like the little moon on top with a smiling face, the sharp teeth and fins of the fish and the attention to detail in the execution of the other less important parts of the lamp, for example the feet and the hooks. Comes in a very good vintage condition. Highly original and very unique!
