About the Item
This floor lamp by emerging artist Bailey Fontaine uses recycled materials to create a gorgeous textured design. The lamp is at once both rustic and minimalist. While it appears to be a textile wrapped around the lamp, it is actually Post Consumer Recycled Low-Density Polyethylene (PCR LDPE) pellets melted in to a sheet and wrapped around a rusted steel structure. Recycled materials offer new solutions to material problems. The wrap acts as a shade and is fully recycled and, in turn, recyclable.
