Flush mount by Kaiser Germany, 1970s a round diffuser dome shaped glass that is smooth on the outside and matte on the inside three brass finials on a metal frame, 3 sockets.
On the inside of the glass is in the outer layer tiny white glass flakes.
A truly desirable piece that is rarely seen goes with anything, works for the beach house as well as the city.
