About the Item
Stunning hand-hammered double layered eyelash gilt iron oval sunburst flush mount / pendant. France, 1950s.
The frame is made by a double layer of curved beams in eyelash shape that makes the piece highly decorative. It has gold leaf finish and a nice aged patina. A frosted glass panel at the central part allows to provide a good amount of light.
Unusual eyelash design.
This ceiling light can be placed flush mounted or hanging from a chain as a pendant.
Newly wired with 2 E14 bulb holders
