Art Nouveau amber Leaded Glass & Brass Lantern
About the Item
A large, early 20th-century lantern with 8 yellow, rippled glass panels (4 are wide and four narrow). Its brass armature has a dark, aged patina and is trimmed with imprinted, stylized leaves around the top, and a thin coil around the bottom. Newly rewired with its original chain and canopy. 13" width/depth x 16" height, 31" total drop. It has one medium base socket.
The bottom trim is no longer flush in a few places. There is a small open space where the top trim comes together at the corner. It is still in very good condition.
