Vintage Hexagonal Pagoda Form Brass Lantern with Pierced Details, Circa 1940s
About the Item
AHL4189
A large vintage brass lantern with a swept-up pagoda form body in its original age-darkened finish. The tapered hexagon frame has pierced details above and below, including a teardrop frieze and the motif of curved panels meeting in points at the edges carries throughout the design. Glazed with clear glass panels, the lantern has a hinged door, providing access to the six lights in the center of this ceiling fixture, circa 1940.

Rewired: This item has been fully rewired with new wires, sockets, and candle sleeves in the Remains Lighting workshop. It is UL listed for use in dry environments. Wear consistent with age and use.
