Orphan Work 003-4C Sconce, 2018 Shown in blackened brass and alabaster Available in brushed brass, brushed nickel and blackened brass. Measures: 5 3/8”H x 19”W x 3 7/8”D Wall or ceiling mount Vertical or horizontal Plug-in by request 1-4 adjustable clips UL approved Holds (2) 60W candelabra bulbs must use LED bulb ORPHAN WORK is a new identity for lost designs from Material Lust’s own archive. Orphan Work is designed to complement. We intentionally designed our lighting to feel built-in. The 000 Collection was inspired by a trip to Venice Negozio Olivetti di Scarpa. The end product is a nod to Scarpa's materiality and layered forms. All of our lighting is hand made in Florence, Italy by local artisans using native materials and is UL wired for LED bulbs. We like to give our artisans the time they need to make things perfect so it arrives to you perfect every time. The artisans are all a part of a community working together to get the job done. Often you have a Grandfather, Father and Son all working together in these workshops. Purchasing our work means you are supporting a community of artisans.
