Ifö Sweden "Lyx" Glass Wall Sconce Moss Green, Modern Bathroom Light, 1950s
About the Item
Rare original vintage wall sconce from Ifö, Sweden.
It is from the series "Lyx" designed by Gunnar Nylund in the 1950s and it was manufactured circa 1950s to 1960s.
It comes in a rich moss green color version and is decorated with a stripe decor under the glaze. The glass screen is made from white opaline glass. Perfect to be mounted next to a mirror in the bathroom.
The lamp is marked with Ifö and model number 6005.
Use light bulbs E27 Edison screw fitting. Max 40W or led bulbs.
Very good vintage condition with a few scratches on the glaze bulbs. They even come with the original rubber bands.
