Italian Rare Murano Reticello Glass and Brass Wall Lights in Art Deco Style

About the Item

Beautiful set of two gorgeous, very rare, Murano Reticello Glass wall lights with strong brass base. Made in the Mid-century in Murano, Venice, Italy, in the style of Venini glass Manufacturing. The Reticello glasses are well known for Venini productions of the Mid-century. Minimal signs of wear can be seen on the upper edges of the glass, and tiny black spots or rings can be seen inside the glasses that have formed during the glass-making process. (that's no defect but normal) Due to the handcrafted process, both glasses are slightly different in shape and dimension. The brass is with gorgeous partial dark patina, the lights have been checked and cleaned. The dimension of the back-plate is h 12,5cm x 15 cm (h4.9" x 5.9") New standard ceramic bulb holders, new wire, full function, ready to use. Very elegant appearance.
