A pair of single light federal Revival period sconces with clear glass hurricane shades and slender backplates surmounted by eagles, circa 1920. Retaining their aged brass and worn black lacquer finish. There may be some nicks or imperfections in the vintage glass.
Dimensions:
Overall 14-1/2" H. x 5-1/2" D.
Backplate 13" H. x 4" W.
Glass 7-1/2" height. x 4-3/4" diameter
Application:
UL listed for use in dry environments
Lamping:
Single candelabra socket, maximum 60 watts
Junction box:
2" x 3" vertical junction box recommended

- Condition:Rewired: This item has been fully rewired with new wires, sockets, and candle sleeves in the Remains Lighting Co. workshop. It is UL listed for use in dry environments. Additions or alterations made to the original: Round backplate extenders have been custom made and finished to match in the Remains Lighting Co. workshop in order to ensure the backplates will cover a modern day junction box. Wear consistent with age and use.
