Pair of American 1900s Brass Lanterns with Eagles and Hexagonal Glass Body
About the Item
A pair of American brass lantern wall sconces from the early 20th century, with eagle motifs, hexagonal bodies and black accents. Each of this pair of American brass sconces features an hexagonal glass body, protecting a central light. The lantern is topped with two rows of canopies adorned with swag friezes and topped with a majestic eagle spreading its wings out. Each lantern is secured to its black iron backplate thanks to a beam accented with an S-scroll motif. With their elegant silhouettes and perfect contrast between the golden color of the brass and the black hue of the iron, these American lantern wall sconces circa 1900 will bring a stylish presence to any home.
