A beautiful and very unique pair of French turn of the century Louis XVI st. ormolu and etched frosted crystal plafonniers. Each plafonnier is centered by an exceptional and most decorative etched frosted crystal dome with a striking star design and superb cut lattice design offering a beautiful warm glow. The mottled ormolu rim above displays a lovely stepped design with richly chased foliate and reeded designs.
