Pair of Italian Early 19th Century Giltwood Bras De Lumière Sconces
About the Item
A very decorative and large scale pair of Italian early 19th century giltwood Bras de Lumière sconces. Each sconce has an attractive oval foliate gilt back plate supporting the impressive and fanciful ’S’ scrolled arm. The arm has three large acanthus leaves leading to the vertical circular stem holding the candle. All original gilt throughout.
