RKO Pictures Large Art Deco Wall Sconce

About

From the Hollywood studios of RKO Pictures comes this very chic 1930s wall lamp. Recently re-chromed, it displays beautifully. At a height of 24 inches, the scale is equally impressive. It is marked on the backside RKO, with an identification number. It was most likely used on a number of RKO films of the period, if not in the studios itself. Light comes from a single standard socket and houses a long tubular bulb inside the frosted glass cylinder shade. There is a rotary switch on the lower portion. Wiring has also been upgraded, and works well.
