Set of Six: Dazor Floating Light, Re-Styled
About the Item
Original Dazor “Floating fixture 2324 work lamp” (USA build from the 1950s) were found in de city of Antwerp (Belgium) in an old diamond workshop.
The from origin desk lamp's are transformed to wall mounted version.
Al parts stripped, casting parts polished and pipes, hood and shell-parts black painted.
The two original tube lights are replaced by two Led modules with dimmable 700 Lumen per module.
Reflector and total wiring renewed.
Six lamps are made and available.
For example, they look great in a restaurant above a row of wall tables.
Traverse from a wall is maximum 1meter and the 45cm. long hood can be turned 90 degrees and positioned in the length of the fixture.

Old materials as bakelite and hammer lacquer are frequently used or retained.
But new materials are also needed to complete an item and for lighting a LED solution gets found.
