Single Wrought Iron Wall Sconce with Foliate Ornamentation
About the Item
An elaborate display of foliate ornamentation adds to the beauty of this wrought iron wall sconce. Each of the two white faux candle sleeves is partially enveloped by a parted leaf bobeche above an S-scroll. The highly sinuous arms have additional scrolled embellishments at the transition points, flanked by small leaves. Additionally, the top whorl of the arms have foliate tendrils that extend beyond the bobeches above. The arms flank a roundel that surmounts an asymmetrical leaf backplate. Inspired by movement seen in nature, our foliate wall sconce will make a gorgeous light source for a hallway, bathroom, or outdoors.
