About the Item
A pair of monumental extremely rare vintage giant pineapple wall sconce lights fixtures.
The sconces came out of a condemned hotel in Miami beach Fl from the 1960's..
They're truly incredible in design and scale and in person they are literally jaw dropping!
The sheer size and weight of these sconces is incredible.
They stand almost 4ft tall, almost 3ft wide. (see exact measurements above)
Made of colored fiberglass with a wood backing and hangers on the back for easy hanging.
The backing has also been covered in fiber glass on the exterior to protect the wood from the elements..
The light filters through a large opening at the top and bottom of the pineapples which gives them a pretty glow when lit.
They plug into the wall with original cords that still work just fine with a 2 bulb light fixture on the interior.
They're very unique conversation pieces which would be perfect in a restaurant, night club, movie theatre, mansion or a huge lanai/porch area.
The fun nature and uniqueness will surely be a conversation starter no matter where they live.
