1950s Modernist French Cristalleries De Sèvre Crystal Glass & Chrome Table Lamp
About the Item
An elegant, sculptural, solid crystal glass table lamp manufactured by the famous French glassmaker Cristalleries De Sèvres. The lamp features a sculptural clear solid glass body which twists towards the base. The silver twisted silk flex runs through the centre of the lamp from the chrome bulb lamp holder and out through a hole in the base and along a groove which allows the lamp to stand upright. The on/off switch is is built into the B22 Bayonet lamp holder which is accessed underneath the shade. The lamp is etched on the base with the manufacturer's label - 'Sevres France' around the company logo.
A perfect modernist addition to most rooms of the home with a shade of your choice to compliment your decor. Shade not included. In very good vintage condition. Rewired by a professional electrician and in full working order.
