19th Century French Glazed Porcelain and Bisque Lamp

This is an elegant French glazed porcelain and bisque urn converted to a lamp. The oval-form vase with sphinx busts has a bisque section with painted flowers in a decorated basket on a blue background juxtaposed to white glazed and gilt heightened sections. The vase is situated on a two-tier giltwood plinth, 19th century.
