19th Century French Spelter Urn-Form on Marble Base Table Lamp
About the Item
Decorate an office or a man's study with this elegant antique lamp. Crafted in France circa 1880, the fixture stands on a square green marble base, ending with a heavy base. Crafted of spelter metal, the urn-form features Neo-classical carvings throughout and foliage inspired handles. The lid of the vase is removable and is embellished with a crossed brush and torch motifs finial. The table lamp with new wiring and dressed with one light is in excellent condition, and adorns a rich patinated verdigris finish embellished with gilt accents; a perfect size for a console or end table. Lamp Shade not included.
