About the Item
This beautifully executed American Art Deco/Machine Age, trench art "mushroom" table lamp is a triumph of the machinist's craft. From its chrome pated ball finial atop its curved and tiered aluminum shade to its stepped turned steel shaft supported on its stepped twin disk base, it just works as a perfectly proportioned piece of Outsider Art. A small but substantial piece that displays beautifully.
