Pairing glass and brass was a classic design practice for many Swedish designers, however adding such an organic material as wood to lighting pieces was still uncommon. This table lamp’s design takes advantage of its materials and masterfully pairs their distinctive qualities such as their textures. The mixture creates an interesting visual effect, where the organic and traditional look of wood meets the modern look of glass and brass.
