About the Item
Itsu was one of the major lighting manufacturers in Finland in the 1940s-1960s. They produced a wide range of household and office lamps in all sizes and shapes.
This lamp is more for home like than office use. Very simple and elegant without any unnecessary editions. The warm light filtering through the rattan is very pleasing to the eye, especially in dark surroundings, and is probably one of the reasons why 1959s rattan shaded lamps are so sought after.
