Large Pair of Hollywood Regency Lapis Shell Table Lamps
About the Item
A beautiful pair of large lapis shell table lamps in a Hollywood Regency design from the 1970's. The lamps have a wonderful bulbous lapis shell base with brass soldering around the shells and brass details. Large original pleated lamp shades are suspended from the brass finial at the top.
The height is 66cm x 21 cm diameter around the middle of the lamp base. 46 cm diameter shade.
We have cut the electric wire, so the lamp is ready to be rewired by an electrician.
Very good condition, the lamps themselves are near perfect for the age, there is a small opening in the brass soldering in one place and normal signs of age to brass finish.
Sold without the shades. We can send these free with the sale of the lamps, but they need restoring as the inside of the shades have lots of breaks in the material.
