Late 19th C., Pair of Japanese Satsuma Vase Table Lamps with Warrior Figures

About the Item

Late 19th pair of Japanese Satsuma vase table lamps, decorated with Japanese warriors., with floral and gold accents. Possibly Meiji period. This pair of columnar lamps, with a brass base, socket and harp, has an overall attractive appearance. Decorated on a white background with gold, blue, yellow and ruby accents, these lamps will really pop with the addition of lampshades to complement the desired roomscape. Dimensions: 14.75" height (porcelain), 28" height (to top of finial), 4.75" diameter (base) Condition: Good/Fair, porcelain with some surface wear and overall craquelure, no chips or cracks observed, not examined out of mounts, wiring not tested.
