Marbro Gilt Chinoiserie Baluster Table Lamp
About the Item
For your consideration is this gilt Chinoiserie lamp by Marbro manufactured in the 1960s. It features the original fabric shade, baluster form base with original gilt finish. At the top of the baluster is a contrasting, flared, ivory-tone element. The baluster rests upon a plinth base with original black finish. There are four carved details which depict the bow of a ship emerging between ruyi clouds. The lamp is structurally excellent and in good working condition.
