Midcentury Italian Modern Turquoise Blown Glass Lamp on Brass Base
About the Item
Vintage blown glass lamp in turquoise supported by a brushed brass base (circa 1960s, Italy).
Interesting composition with most of the lamp appearing to be opaline, but a section of the neck bearing a translucence, which provides a view of the lamp's interior construction.
Patina/wear to the harp and finial, which can easily be replaced; base shows light scuffs/general wear. Overall, very good, vintage condition. Newly rewired for US use.
