About the Item
This elegant pair of table lamps were handblown in Murano, Italy- the island off the coast of Venice renowned for centuries for its superlative glass production. They feature tear drop form bodies in handblown translucent reeded glass in a sophisticated pearlescent light honey hue, embedded with a wealth of 24kt yellow gold flecks. The lamps offer sculptural concave bases that ascend into a channeled gourd like form that is cinched with banding detail on top and bottom. With their dramatic silhouettes, clean modernist lines, and refined color palate, these table lamps are as versatile as they are stunning, blending perfectly with any style of interior from traditional to contemporary. They have been newly rewired to American standards and are in excellent condition.
