Tall American Mid Century Martz Marshall Studios SW31 stacked Walnut Lamp. Featuring a rectangular, architectural, solid form with exceptional natural grain detail. Walnut narrows slightly towards top. Walnut neck. Original Walnut finial. Small footprint. Black lampshade shown for display only and not for sale (11 H x 14 D top x 20 D bottom - side height 13H). 28 H to top of socket. Base 21.5 H. Square styling as per Marshall Studios Inc. Lamp supplement No. 17A 1960's - 7 pages, "interesting, knots, swirls and grain formations reveal the tree's life history, pleasantly accentuating the simple contemporary forms in stacked walnut".
