Carved out from a single piece of marble, handpicked and handcrafted, the light belongs to a unique collection that resembles celestial bodies. A portion from a stone landscape, removed from its original context, lacks the authenticity of experience but carries the essence of its source. The process of carving transforms the inherent heaviness and opaqueness of the material into lightness and transparency. The presence of light acts as a tool to reveal the authentic nature of the landscape it comes from, allowing the viewer to experience a connection with the cosmic landscape.
