ATTRIBUTED TO GERALD THURSTON
DIMENSIONS: Approximately 22" x 17"
Offered is a simply fabulous pair of mid century tripod lamps with the "profile" wood accents that give a distinguished, warm look to the sleek design. Like fine race horses these coveted lamps feature stately lines and lithe lampshades that complement the tripod legs light, airy appearance!
These lamps are in very fine vintage condition! A marvelous patina covers the metal surfaces, even the finials! This creates a wonderful vintage "presence" to these lamps, in much the same way fine marble gives a sense of timelessness.
All the wood feet are present. White linen shades and brass harps give this pair a super crisp look and these lamps are suitable for the very finest interiors! This pair of lamps display marvelously and are showstoppers!!
These gorgeous lamps will make a sublime addition to your NY penthouse, Palm Springs atomic modern or West Palm Beach estate!
