Pair of 19th Century English Painted Tole Tea Canister Table Lamps with Shades
About the Item
Decorate bedside tables in a master bedroom, or side tables in a living room with this elegant pair of antique canister lamps. Created in England, circa 1890 and made of tole, each large tea box features a colorful hand painted number with the number 16 on one and 17 on the other; the tea container is further embellished with gilt accents. The tall red lamps fitted with wiring, are in excellent condition commensurate with age and use. They could also be placed on a buffet in a den or a console in an entry. Custom shades and finials included.
