A Pair of "Kit" White Sculptural Lamps, Gaspare Asaro for Esperia
About the Item
These are a rare pair of white "Kit Lamps" by Gaspare Asaro for Esperia. These sculptural lamps draw the eyes! The lamps, including the shade, are fabricated from solid iron and are constructed in a geometric fashion. The lamps are marked "Esperia" as seen in photo #4. Designed in 2016, these lamps exude modernism. The geometric forms allow for the light to be a part of the sculpture. These would shine in an entry way or as a pair of bedside lamps!

"... Gaspare Asaro and his son Vittorio Asaro, conceptualize each piece to move and transform within a space, often incorporating juxtaposing geometric and organic forms. They start the design process with a hand-drawn sketch and then begin to experiment with prototypes in their workshop to realize the possibilities. Once the design phase is complete, each form A piece is handmade using time-tested fabrication methods from artisans in Milan, Venice and Tuscany. form A considers their stock models to be a starting point, offering pieces that can be fully customized in scale, finish and layout to seamlessly fit a client’s space."
