an exquisite French Empire pair of finely cast patinated and gilt bronze cassolettes now as custom lamps, rectangular plinth bases with ormolu / gilt bronze bas relief portrait profiles of Mars (Roman) and Perseus (Greek), support slender elegant urns with elaborately cast gilt handles and mounts, finished off with pleated shades with gold braid / trim, gilt finial, France, circa 1810
