Phenomenal Pair of Iron Girandoles
About the Item
A phenomenal pair of iron girandoles, partially gilt, ornate with clusters of crystal fruits and featuring two handcut crystal pyramids. The acanthus leaves are wonderful examples of repousse technique. The rest of the body done with martele technique. A rare find.
France, circa 1920. Measures: Height 25 1/2", diameter 15 3/4".
