Pierre Forsell (Sweden, 1925-2004)
A brass table lamp by Pierre Forsell, second half of the 20th century.
The table lamp is all hand crafted, each hole have been scultured with a torch. The process is extrememly hard and long.
The light emanates through the lamp's many little holes. The design can be qualified as organic, as it is reminiscent of a beehive.
Executed by the craftsman Frans Goldberg in Pierre Forssell’s studio at Skultuna. Marked by manufacturer and F for Forsell. Important table lamp design by Pierre Forssell for Skultuna in the late 60's.
Measures: Height 15.75" (40cm), diameter 3.54" (9 cm.). The electrical plug is a standard European plug.
