Rare Pair of Antique Glass & Bisque Table Lamps Decorated with Very Pretty Roses
About the Item
Wonderful materials and truly stylish design table lamps.
Thanks to their elegant and timeless designs these handcrafted and handsome antique table lamps will never fail to impress. Finding the right lighting solution without going for the obvious can be a real challenge and that is exactly why this rare and handcrafted pair immediately caught our attention. The design and the natural materials are very pleasing to the eye and these rare fixtures radiate a warm light that will create the perfect atmosphere when placed on a sidetable, vanity, credenza or on bedside tables. In our images they are displayed on antique and small ladies desk, but we are certain you can see their potential as the ideal pair on top of other pieces of furniture as well. These works of beauty have a bisque porcelain base with the original and perfect working, black bakelite switches. The removable, milky glass shades with the striking roses 'decor' are extra special, because the bottom rim was kept transparent (see image 11) so that the light can also shine evenly downward, creating an almost cinematic atmosphere. We don't know who the maker was, but we are certain that the shape, color, size and fine condition will be perfect for one of our regular (or new) designer clients. Mind you, these very good condition antique table lamps are rewired to the highest standard for safe and immediate usage the world over and when purchased by an American client we will also attach American power plugs so that they can be used and enjoyed upon arrival there too.
