Pair of exceptional large table lamps. Unique gold-glazed ceramic table lamp in the shape of a cobra. A fine work signed by Tommaso Barbi, 1970 period. In absolutely perfect condition. With exceptional new custom made shades by René Houben. With warm brown gold inner-shade.
Approximate dimensions: Ceramic only 15.7" H (40 cm) x Ø 23.6" (60 cm) at base height to top of lamp-holder circa 46.06" (117 cm).
The set is in perfect vintage condition. The set is offered with shade!
René Houben is a renowned Dutch light designer. René has been designing unique lamp shades for more than 25 years. From colorful and exuberant to modest. For every extraordinary lamp base (carefully selected antique and vintage items), he designs an applicable shade. His custom made creations are unique because of his interesting use of form and color. They also stand out because of their indirect, soothing and intimate light.
