Taccia Vintage Lamp by Achille and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni, for Taccia
TACCIA is a lamp designed and created by the Castiglioni brothers in 1962 for the Italian brand FLOS. It consists of a circular base on the air of Greek columns and a diffuser made of a large clear glass bowl enclosed by an opaque plate, which reflects light. Provides indirect and reflected light. Painted aluminum reflector, white/glossy on the outside and white/matte on the inside. Directional speaker in clear mouth-blown glass. Matte black body, metal base nickel-plated. Iconic design by brothers Achille and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni in 1962. Manufactured in Italy by FLOS: it fits any space, whether it is a restaurant, waiting room, office, lounge or room.
