About the Item
Stoneware ceramic table lamp by California ceramic artist Victoria Littlejohn, this is an earthy textural ceramic lamp in a mustard glaze with a walnut base. The lamp has the original shade which can be included if desired which has a nubby textural fabric. Littlejohn studied pottery with F. Carlton Ball and Susan Peterson at the University of Southern California, later with Peter Voulkos and Marguerite Wildenhain of Pond Farm fame. She received her BFA from USC and a MFA on Secondary Teaching as well. Without shade 29" H top of socket x 12" Diameter

- Condition:Rewired: No issues with the lamp, the ceramic body is damage free, there is a spot were the glaze wasn't applied before firing (see image). The shade has a few small cracks on the inside to the plastic liner which doesn't show. The lamp has new wiring. Wear consistent with age and use.
