Vintage 1930s Aluminum Industrial Machine Age Sailboat Lamp by Bunting Electric
About the Item
Wonderful 1930s stylized Art Deco "Yacht Fire" boat-shaped space heater by the English company, Bunting Electric. The heater has been professionally modified to be used as a lamp complete with two Edison-style tube bulbs. In addition to the lamp conversion the aluminum hull has been stripped and polished and the wooden Boom has been re-finished to showcase the natural materials used. This is a rare, nautical collector's piece, a streamlined piece of Art Deco sculpture, and now a useful piece of home decor!
