Vintage Mid Century Teak and Opaline Glass Table Lamp

About the Item

A vintage teak and opaline glass table or floor lamp from Johansen Wood of Denmark. The base is in turned teak and the shade or defuser is in opaline hand blown glass. A great mid century feel. Rewired with a brown twisted cloth flex and with a with inline on/off switch. Can be fitted with an EU UK or US plug. Double insulated where the cable is passed through the brass fittings. So no need for grounding. Please see the pictures. Responsible worldwide shipping available.

    Refinished. Rewired: The teak has been sanded and waxed. Wear consistent with age and use. No chips or cracks to the opaline glass globe. But age related wear and patina. The shade is hand blown is there are small air bubbles and impurities. Quite normal for glass this age and not really noticeable.
