A remarkable early 18th century Italian Regence parcel-gilt and polychrome pier and/or over mantel mirror with mercury silvered mirror plates and carved scrolling acanthus leaves surrounding and curling around the frame, along with variegated ivy vines at the bottom, all in their original finish and with the whole accented by faux marble detailing.
