18th-19th Century Gold Swedish Gustavian Antique Gilded Pinewood Wall Mirror

About the Item

A gold, antique Swedish Gustavian rectangular wall mirror with its original mirror glass and blue color paint, made of handcrafted gilded Pinewood, in good condition. The wall decor piece was designed and produced by an unknown artist from Stockholm. The mirror was found in an old villa. The top of the Scandinavian mirror is enhanced by detailed flower, ornaments carvings, composed with two carved angels. Minor loses, fading due to age, circa 1790-1820, Stockholm, Sweden, Scandinavia.
